The Triage Program at the Tippecanoe Community Health Clinic is designed for patients who are ill but do not have an appointment. The Triage nurse reviews the patient’s information and determines if they should be seen immediately, given an appointment at a later time or if only home care instruction is needed.

Appointments are based on the availability of providers and walk-in appointments are not always possible. It is recommended that patients call to the clinic first to see if an appointment is possible. Sick children have first priority and established patients take priority over non-patients of the clinic.

The Triage nurse can be reached by phone by calling the TCHC at 765.742.1567.
