The Health Referral Service is for Tippecanoe County residents without health insurance or the financial ability they need to gain access to the health care system.

Health Referral Services

Provides financial assistance for emergency pharmaceutical needs:

• Assists clients with referrals to medical specialists such as optometrists, surgeons, dermatologists and cardiologists
  
  
• Works with Lions Clubs to provide funding for prescription eyeglasses
  
  
• Provides information about appropriate social service agencies
  
  
• Helps clients find answers to health related questions
